PetRelay sends transactional SMS messages only to users who have separately opted in via the dedicated SMS consent checkbox during account registration. These messages may include account verification codes, password reset notifications, job updates, payment confirmations, payment requests, transfer request updates, cancellation updates, quote updates, and team invitation notifications. We may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. You use them at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
