• Account verification / one-time passcodes (OTP)

• Job completion updates
• Payment confirmations
• Payment requests
• Transfer requests
• Cancellation updates
• Quote request updates
• Team invitation notifications

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from PetRelay by:

• Entering your phone number during signup, and
• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the signup form.

By completing both steps, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and consent to receive the messages described above.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive non-essential SMS messages from PetRelay.
